Who it is for

Objective

Enable professionals to organise their work by priority and impact, implement a personal task and information management system, protect blocks of time for deep work, and sustain focus in a digital environment.

    • The Pareto principle and finding the tasks with the highest return
    • Setting priorities for the day and for the week
    • Time-blocking and realistic scheduling

    • Meetings: when they are justified, how to prepare them, how to run them
    • Alternatives to meetings, and asynchronous communication that works
    • Managing requests and expectations: negotiating deadlines and saying no professionally
